Meet the Team:
Patricia Hayes – Founder and CEO
Patricia Hayes is the co-founder and CEO of Interstate Consulting & Energy, Inc. Before starting IC&E, she worked for 25 years as a senior manager at a medical/legal services firm. Patricia is responsible for managing the company’s business finances, and strategic development, working closely with the management team to achieve consistent company growth and excellence that delivers superior results for our clients.
Kenneth Hayes – Technical Director
Ken Hayes serves on Interstate Consulting & Energy’s Board of Directors and works as the Corporate Technical Director. Ken has more than 30 years of diverse business management experience along with 15 years of scientific technical experience including legal support. Ken also has extensive experience with assessment and remediation projects and has served in various technical capacities for chemical, commercial, construction, oil and gas, mining, manufacturing, and water resources industries under various regulatory programs
